Autumn is already in full swing, the first snow has whitened the mountain peaks, and winter is practically at the door. All of this also brings with it colder days, which for many people mean a real nightmare. Many of us would prefer to just stay under a warm blanket and keep warm all day on cold mornings. But since that is not possible, we have prepared a few other tips for you on how to warm up during those coldest days.

THE FIREPLACE IS AWESOME

Imagine. You and your better half, lounging in front of a crackling fire and with a glass of warm cocoa in hand. There’s no better romance than that! If you add a nice dinner and a romantic movie to it, there’s no fear of being cold. If you can’t afford a real fireplace or it isn’t suitable for your home, an electric one is an excellent solution. It also provides enough warmth and a similar feeling, and as for romance, you’ll take care of that yourselves anyway.

SAUNA FOR A HEALTHY BODY

Relaxing in the sauna is perfect for cold autumn days. It drives the chill out of your bones and relaxes and warms the body. In addition, it has numerous healing effects. Among them are:

  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Has a positive effect on the aging process of blood vessels and strengthens the cardiovascular system
  • Through sweating, we eliminate harmful substances from the body
  • Prevents viral and bacterial inflammations
  • Has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system
  • The infrared sauna has positive effects on the internal organs, as it penetrates deep into the body

Despite all the positive effects of sauna use, we must still maintain a healthy balance, as too much sauna use will have exactly the opposite effect. Nevertheless, it is still an excellent way to warm up our body while strengthening our health.

MI GREMO PA …. V VROČO KAD

When we talk about ways of relaxing and warming the body on autumn and winter days, we cannot overlook hot tubs. They bring relaxation, pleasure, and romance. The sight of steam rising from a hot tub is downright inviting. It invites us to surrender to the water and let our bodies be embraced by its warmth. If we add a little champagne and strawberries with chocolate, and of course good company, we will quickly forget about the cold. Can you imagine anything better than that?

HAVE YOU WALKED ON A WOODEN DECK YET?

Walking on wood with bare feet, always evokes warm and pleasant feelings in a person. Ceramic and concrete tiles are cold and already at first glance give a cold feeling. But when we look at wood and when we feel it with bare skin, that feeling is not there. We experience a genuine connection with nature, which warms our heart and, of course, our feet. Wooden decking is therefore an excellent solution, even for cooler autumn days, as the sun warms it with its last warm rays just enough that we can still drink our afternoon coffee barefoot without our feet getting cold.

WARM UP WITH YOUR LOVED ONES

And yet, no sauna, hot tub or fireplace, can warm you like genuine human connection. Go for a walk in the autumn forest with your family. Look for hidden corners that will be yours alone and will remain in your memories forever. Head to the mountains with friends and surrender to the beauty of the mountain world. In good company, you do not need much for your heart to feel warm. And with all the technology that surrounds us every day, sometimes we truly forget about genuine contact with another person. Even a simple handshake and a hug are enough for a good and pleasant feeling to settle within us. In addition, the memories you create with your loved ones will warm you every day of the year, regardless of the season. And for that feeling, you need nothing more than good company of good people.
