What are CUBIE modular pergolas?

One of the advantages is their modularity. To manufacture CUBIE pergolas, we use the same platform as for the production of the most sophisticated garden houses.

The pergola is fully assembled in our controlled production, which enables us to ensure the highest quality, endless customization options, and a modern appearance. It can be freestanding or attached to the house.

The pergola is installed on site in one hour, together with a wooden terrace, summer kitchen, shades (brise-soleil), partition walls, LED lighting, electrical installations, etc.

Your challenge, however, is to organize a picnic the very same day we deliver the pergola/canopy to your terrace.

Classic or bioclimatic pergola?

Recently, the market has been flooded with bioclimatic pergolas. However, classic pergolas still have their own advantages, which is why many homeowners continue to choose them.

Here are some of the key benefits:

• More affordable option: High-quality traditional pergolas are usually less expensive than high-quality bioclimatic pergolas, as they consist of fewer complex components and fewer electronic elements.

• Simpler and more affordable maintenance: Traditional pergolas typically have fewer moving parts and electronic components, meaning there is a lower risk of problems or malfunctions, easier upkeep, and a more cost-effective long-term investment.

• Lower risk of roof leaks: Traditional pergolas do not have movable roof components that connect with one another and could, over time, allow water to penetrate due to worn or poor-quality materials. Instead, they feature a solid, unified roof structure.

• Visual customization: They offer more options for designing a pergola tailored to your preferences. In the images shown here, the pergola features a wooden ceiling and LED lighting, creating a unique and homely atmosphere beneath the roof.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES OF THE CUBIE PERGOLA:

BASIC FRAMEWORK

Dimensions by agreement and are not limited.
Design modular (we deliver the pergola finished) or, in the case of larger dimensions or limited access by truck, we complete it on site.
Modern flat roof design: from the outside the roof is completely flat, while the roofing has a minimal slope that directs water to a pre-agreed gutter position.
Robust double ceiling for comfortable living on hot summer days: the roofing is fixed to the structural panel, and the ceiling is fixed beneath it. The total roof thickness is 8 cm, which successfully withstands hot summer days.
Hot-dip galvanized and painted metal structure, which ensures a long service life of the pergola and high resistance to weather conditions (snow, wind).
High-quality and tested technical solutions: the pergola is designed based on many years of experience, so we use only solutions that have been repeatedly tested in practice and function in the long term, without maintenance or failures.
Adaptable design: the final appearance of the pergola can be coordinated with the design of the residential house next to which the pergola is located (type of ceiling, structure color, etc.)

ROOF

Roof: flat roof with a minimal slope, suitable for high snow loads.
Roof membrane: high-quality Sika membrane in a light or dark color suitable for flat roofs.
On the ceiling from the inside, OSB boards are visible as standard equipment.
Optional ceiling in Siberian larch or plaster.
Flashings at the roof, floor, and corners protected with sheet metal, for which you can choose the color shade; COLOR CHART.
Gutter with downspout integrated into any post.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Installation LED lights in the ceiling with dimmer and motion sensor option.
Sliding shutters for shading.
Wooden brise-soleils as a partition wall for protection from the sun and wind.
