How is the delivery of the Cubie modular/garden house carried out?

A major advantage of modular homes is precisely that we build them entirely in production and then install them on site in a short time.

We assemble the modular home in a few days, after which it is ready for living.
We deliver modular or garden houses with a truck - a HIAB crane truck.
Delivery of a modular house by truck is an efficient and quick process, but it requires some planning. A key factor is the accessibility of the unloading site.
Before delivery, we check whether the access roads are wide enough and reinforced for the truck, as modular houses are usually larger in size:
- If the load is up to 3.5 meters wide, daytime transport with escort can be carried out.
- If the load is wider than 3.5 meters, nighttime transport with escort is required.
Exceptional transport
If the house is wider than 3.5 m, transport with escort is required.
Delivery with a HIAB truck
It is sufficient that the unloading location is accessible from the road.
In addition, the accessibility of the unloading location from the road itself. If the hiab arm is not sufficient, a crane is required.
Delivery with a lift
If the installation location is not accessible from the road, we use a crane for delivery.
Thanks to the modular design, assembly is quick, and the house can be standing in its place within just a few hours.
