⦁ Siberian larch: generally does not require maintenance.
⦁ regular cleaning of the gutter and drain. if not cleaned, leaking may occur, as a pool forms and the water begins to overflow the edges.
⦁ lock: needs to be oiled occasionally

⦁ for workmanship 24 months
⦁ for roof watertightness 10 years
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY DEFECTS
⦁ We recommend that before delivery of the structure (when it is already completed), the buyer visits the company headquarters, carefully inspects the structure, and gives their opinion to the seller. Later complaints regarding the precision of workmanship or technical solutions that are part of established production practice (as they fulfill their function) are not possible or are additionally chargeable. This is not covered by the warranty.
⦁ Small surface cracks may develop in the wood over the years, but these do not affect durability and are not subject to complaint.
⦁ There is a possibility that during prolonged rainfall, water will soak through the wooden cladding.
⦁ The garden shed is unheated, so due to temperature differences, condensation may occur, which is not subject to complaint
⦁ Ventilation of the shed: the shed is standardly raised from the ground by at least 25 mm. This enables ventilation of the garden shed through the floor gaps. If the ventilation is blocked, the possibility of condensation and mold formation increases. The same applies if the customer wants the shed without support legs.
⦁ the lower part of the shed is raised from the ground for ventilation, therefore during heavier downpours, in sheds without an installed floor, water ingress may occur. In the case of ordering a floor, the ingress is not noticeable and drying is enabled.
If the issue you are facing is only a matter of maintenance, we kindly invite you to also download the instructions for use and maintenance, which were included with the Cubie shed upon delivery.
